Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions: the return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date; the item is unworn and unwashed; all original tags are still attached; the item is in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging; the item has not been altered, damaged, or laundered.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at southernwindstore@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. 2. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address. 3. Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping method. 4. Share the tracking number with us once dispatched.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping costs upon receipt of proof.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a further 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive the item as quickly as possible.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed cannot be accepted for return. Final sale items (if any) are clearly marked and are not eligible for return.

Your Statutory Rights

This return policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights under Swiss law (CO Art. 197ff.), which provide a 2-year warranty against material defects. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
